Sims 4 Control Menu is a SFW mod created for The Sims 4 that is intended to provide various functions and the ability to control your Sims world the way you want to.

Basic

• To use the mod, simply click on a Sim or on various objects then navigate to the Control Menu interaction
  • Please note: If the control menu does not appear when clicking on some things, it likely means functionality is not yet available for that thing.
  • Some things are available at the Top level, such as the Change Outfit and Spawn Sims At Location interactions.

Requirements

• Sims 4 Community Library

Installation

• 1:First navigate to your MOD DIRECTORY folder.
  • This folder will appear like similar to this [C:\Users\Name\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods]
• 2:Create a folder in your Mods folder and name it anything. For the purposes of this tutorial, name it "ColonolNutty mods"
• 3:Ensure you have Sims 4 Community Library installed. At this stage of the instruction, if they ARE NOT installed, download them from their respective sources and drag the [sims4communitylib.ts4script] file from the archive into the folder we named ColonolNutty mods.
  • Sims 4 Community Library should look like [sims4communitylib.ts4script]
• 4:Once you ensure that this file is in the folder that we created, drag the package files from the Sims 4 Community Library archive directly into the Mods Folder [NOT IN THE FOLDER WE NAMED COLONOLNUTTY MODS]
  • Ts4script files can only be one folder deep when inside the Mods folder.
• 5:Once the files for Sims 4 Community Library is in their respective places, add the Sims 4 Control Menu ts4script files in the ColonolNutty Mods folder we created.
• 7:At this point Sims 4 Control Menu should be 100% Functional. Any further issues from this point can be inquired about on our Discord, or the websites that Sims 4 Control Menu can be acquired from.

FAQ

• Q: Sims 4 Control Menu is throwing a ton of errors! How do I fix it?!
  • A: This can mean any number of things are happening, but here are a list of common fixes:
    • Install Sims 4 Community Library
    • Update Sims 4 Community Library
    • Remove duplicate installations of Sims 4 Community Library
    • Remove duplicate installations of Sims 4 Control Menu
    • Remove Sims 4 Community Library, then readd it (The Sims 4 likes to cache things sometimes)
    • Remove Sims 4 Control Menu, then readd it (The Sims 4 likes to cache things sometimes)
• Q: How is this mod different from MC Command Center?
  • A: It is similar to MCCC, but it is not as bloated with features and it is code I can manage and control myself.
