Control Menu is a SFW mod created for The Sims 4 that is intended to provide various functions and the ability to control your Sims world the way you want to.

Directory

To learn more about the additional Features for this mod use the directory below to see what the current status and information is for the other features.

Basic

  • To use the mod, simply click on a Sim or on various objects then navigate to the Open Control Menu interaction
    • Please note: If the control menu does not appear when clicking on some things, it likely means functionality is not yet available for that thing.
    • Some things are available at the Top level, such as the Change Outfit and Spawn Sims At Location interactions.

Requirements

Installation

  • 1:First navigate to your MOD DIRECTORY folder.

FAQ

  • Q: Control Menu is throwing a ton of errors! How do I fix it?!
    • A: This can mean any number of things are happening, but here are a list of common fixes:
      • Install Sims 4 Community Library
      • Update Sims 4 Community Library
      • Remove duplicate installations of Sims 4 Community Library
      • Remove duplicate installations of Control Menu
      • Remove Sims 4 Community Library, then readd it (The Sims 4 likes to cache things sometimes)
      • Remove Control Menu, then readd it (The Sims 4 likes to cache things sometimes)
  • Q: How is this mod different from MC Command Center?
    • A: It is similar to MCCC, but it is not as bloated with features, is much more performant, and it is code I can manage and control myself.
